Change, a single word from the oppressed
Change, is not a camouflage Nor is it confusion
Change, is not you and me striving to be at the top
Change, is not chop make I chop Idiosyncracy
Change, is not Nepotism and sentimental
Change, it is not ethnocentrism and xenocenterism
Change, is not a rain that falls on one man’s roof
Change, does not know Ibo, Hausa or Yoruba, rather it speakes and understand one language which is “one Nigeria”
Change, does not know the difference between ‘The Have’ and ‘The Have Not’
Change, is peace and security
Change, is equality before the law
Change, is blind when distributing the ‘National cake’
Change, is not he who occupied the key position but he whose key unlocks several opportunities
Change, is not poor men living like the rich men or the rich men living like the poor men
Change, is not Islam nor Christianity but one Nigeria
Change, is power to the weak
Change, is a voice to the voiceless
Change, is you and me
Change, is you doing the right things at the right time
Change, is me watching you with a sword on one hand and a ‘balance scale’ on the other hand and my eyes tired
Change, breeds fresh air
Change, is not based on the superstitions of history, rather change is real
Change, is “fiat justitiat et perent mundus” i.e doing justice even if heavens falls
Change, is achievable only when you and I rise to change things
Be the Change you want to see around you
Be patriotic
Be Change.
